Shipping policy
Shipping Policy (delays, damages & insufficient address)
Orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days, unless there is a holiday. I ship all over the United States of America, Canada, Australia, Mexico and Europe. If you reside in another country, please feel free to reach out to me to see what a rate would be to ship to you. I currently ship all items through the USPS; however, if an item or items would go over a certain weight or size I will ship through UPS. Most items are shipped Ground Advantage through USPS. If you want priority shipping, please select that at checkout.
Damages
Rodeo Rebel Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays or damages. If the item or product is damaged during shipping, you will need to reach out to me via email (rodeorebelboutique@gmail.com) with photos of the damage within 2 days of delivery. Please retain all materials (boxes, bubble wrap, product etc.). I will then need to submit a claim to USPS or UPS for the damages incurred. There is an option for additional route protection on your order, I highly suggest using it in case there is damages done or USPS/UPS does not process the claim. That being said, as a small business I cannot remake and send out a replacement or process a refund until the claim has been processed and I have been reimbursed.
Additionally, please be sure the address we are shipping to is accurate. Rodeo Rebel Boutique is not responsible for customer errors in addresses. If a package gets returned to me for insufficient address, you will be responsible for paying shipping charges once again.
For your convenience, your order will include a tracking number once it is shipped.
!!REMINDERS!! Rodeo Rebel Boutique is NOT responsible for the following —
- Packages shipped to the wrong address. Always double check that your address is correct. The address we see is the address we ship to.
- Any item(s) that become damaged after tags are removed and item(s) have been worn/washed.
- Any shipping delays caused by the carrier. Once your package arrives to the carrier, it is out of our control. If you believe your package may be lost or stolen, please contact the carrier for more information.
